Gluten Free Sweet Chili Chicken Poppers

We have friends come over all the time and some have to eat Gluten Free. So with the help of one of my best friends Rebecca, we came up with an awesome snack. Not only is it full of protein but tastes great too. I incorporated Quaker’s new Popped which is a small rice cake but full of flavor.

Gluten Free Sweet Chili Chicken Poppers

Ingredients

1 bag Quaker popped (I used sweet chili)
1 small container of cream cheese
1 can chicken (can use tuna, shrimp, lobster etc if you want)
½ cup or more (depends on taste) Jacks sweet chili sauce
green onions

Directions

  1. soften the cream cheese
  2. drain the chicken and mix in with the cream cheese
  3. add sweet chili sauce, add more if you like it a little hotter
  4. stir until evenly mixed
  5. take a spoon and put some on the Quaker Popped
  6. Chop up a little bit of the green onion and place on top for a little color

Enjoy!

All ingredients can be found at Walmart. Speaking of, Check out the list, if your local Walmart will be having the Gluten Free Event on January 24th. I will be going, so make sure you check back to see what my experience was like.

  25. Unfortunately the Sweet Chili Quaker cakes are not gluten free due to the soy sauce in them but if you are not Celiac, they are worth a little spurge!
