elf safety ID band

When it comes to my kid’s safety, I will do just about anything. Recently I was contacted by elph to try out their bracelets  After seeing how they can help if your child is lost, I was all in. I was lucky that they sent me 2 bracelets, one for each of my girls.

As soon as you get the bracelet you have to register it. The process is super simple and really only takes a few minutes. You can set everything up via your phone or your PC. Each bracelet has it’s own QR code and serial number. Which means that each bracelet is unique. If you have more than yourself as a caregiver for your child, you can have 2 more contacts other than yourself. This makes it so that if you are not available there are still others that will get notified. Once you have that, you are good to go.

When you first buy the bracelet you also get a years worth of subscription, after that it is just $10/year. There are tons of products out there to help locate someone but I haven't seen one this affordable.

I love that the bracelets are silicone and look like any other bracelet most people wear these days. I have a silicone medical alert bracelet. So when I gave my 2.5 year old her, she thinks she’s just like mama. Makes it so much easier to have her wear it and keep it on.

We were away from home last weekend so I made sure the girls were wearing their bracelets, even though they didn’t really go out of our site or with other family members. You never know and I feel it’s best to be prepared. Since we were out, it was the perfect time to test the elph bracelets. At first it took a min to scan the QR, but that could have been the motion when the phone was scanning. It didn’t take long and both bracelets worked.

The fact that it really works makes me feel so much better. I know if anything happens and my girls can’t tell the person my number, they can either scan the bracelet, call the number or go to the website listed to get in touch with me. Most people have QR scanners on their phones, so i’m sure that is the most popular.

The elph bracelet comes in 3 colors, black, pink and purple. It also comes in 3 sizes, adult, child and toddler. They are priced very affordable at $19.99 each, so you can definitely afford to buy one for each child.

I definitely recommend you check them out today. You never know when they will come in handy.

  2. I didn't even know they made products like this. I love that it gives you the location of your child! Although in the review and on the website it doesn't say a lot about that part, maybe it's assumed by most people but since it's new to me I want to know more!

  8. The bracelet is good looking and will appeal to a toddler like my great granddaughter so she will wear it. The information stored could be a liesaver for a lost child.
