I Can Learn the Bible

I am always looking for ways to incorporate prayer and religion into my children's life. With my oldest we always pray together, but that is hard to do with a toddler. I was thrilled to receive, "I Can Learn the Bible." This is wonderful to do with both of my boys ages seven and two. Each devotion is intended as a weekly devotional, and is perfect to open up discussions about the bible so I am able to teach my children more. The versus that are written in the book are amazing and perfect for the young child trying to understand and learn the bible.

I love the idea of devotionals with children because it opens up conversations with the older children that can encourage their walk with God and strengthen their faith. With younger children, like my toddler, it just gets them into a fantastic routine of spending daily time with God. Overall, this is a wonderfully written and illustrated book that is appropriate both for my toddler and 2nd grader.
