InstaNatural Lemon and Peppermint Oil are High Quality and Affordable!

Peppermint and Lemon oils are two of my favorites. I love lemon mostly for its wonderfully fresh smell. Peppermint has been a Godsend for me with nausea and aches and pains! I received two larger 4 ounce bottles of each from InstaNatural recently, and I am thrilled with the quality of each.

Lemon: I love that the bottles I received are 4 ounces because each of these oils are ones that I use frequently. The lemon oil has a very bright scent that really wakes up the senses. I just love diffusing this in a room to make everything smell fresh and clean and also help eliminate any pet odors we have (with two dogs and a cat, I am always looking for ways to keep our home smelling fresh!) I've applied a few drops to my loofa in my morning bath to really get me up and moving, and even use it on my skin every few days because lemon oil has purifying properties that is great for any skin type. I love making my own all natural cleaner with a little lemon and orange oils, mixed with vinegar and water! This keeps my kitchen smelling fresh and clean, but also disinfects naturally.

Peppermint: Peppermint is probably the oil I use most in our home. First and foremost, I use it for the bouts of nausea that sometimes plague me. I add a drop or two to my hands and cup them and inhale slowly. Not only does it help with the nausea but I have found that my mind seems much more clear after inhaling it! My other favorite way to use it is to layer it with frankincense for aches and pains. My neck often hurts, so layering this with the frankincense really helps. Peppermint gives a tingling menthol effect and works wonderfully well and the frankincense is an anti-inflammatory, so the two together work better than any pain rub I have used in recent years! I also like to add a drop or two to my toothbrush occasionally to give my mouth a clean and fresh feeling throughout the day. We have used peppermint oil for bring down fevers in my boys by applying it liberally to the bottoms of their feet. Often times, this works better than medicine!

Both of these oils are very high quality oils. They both have a rich, vibrant smell that I have not found with other oils in their price range. I am very happy with InstaNatural's oils and am impressed with both the quality, quantity and price of their oils. It is obvious when you smell these oils that they take pride in their products, and deliver quality oils to their customers.
