Essential Oil Bin liner thanks to Poise #RecycleYourPeriodPad!

Ladies, I’m going to talk about some very personal things, but it’s what a lot of us go through. If you are older or even after having just one child if not more, do you have bladder leakage? It’s embarrassing yes, but it doesn’t have to be. It’s actually very normal. I know my friends have joked that I can’t sneeze or laugh too hard. Poise has light bladder leakage (lbl) products that may just be for you.

Seriously, who wants to walk around wearing something big, bulky and uncomfortable? I once bought the wrong ones and I felt like I was wearing a diaper, so not cool.  Also why waste those products for the “just in case”? This is where Poise comes into play. They now have products specifically for bladder leakage.

WHAT IS LBL?
• One in three women experience Light Bladder Leakage (LBL) – little leaks that can be triggered by everyday occurrences like coughing, sneezing, laughing and exercise.
• Weak pelvic floor muscles, pregnancy, childbirth and weight gain are just a few LBL contributors.

WHAT CAUSES LBL?
Just as no two women are alike, there's no single reason that LBL happens. Some of the most common things that lead to uninvited leaks include:
• Physical changes from childbirth, pregnancy, hysterectomy or menopause
• Being overweight
• Complications from surgery, stroke, or chronic diseases like diabetes, multiple sclerosis (MS) or Parkinson's disease
• Bladder or urinary tract infections
• Bladder irritants (certain foods and beverages)

So now that you can use the Poise lbl products you can recycle those other period products since you probably won’t need them. I found a good use to a few of mine. It’s a little silly, but hey it works.

I needed a padding to a storage bin for my essential oils. I didn’t want them rolling around and risking breaking them.

Step 1
Get any bin or container you want.

Step 2
take the backing off the pad and place it on the bottom of the bin flush with the side. If your pad has “wings” tear the paper and secure it won the side.

Step 3
Place the next pad up against the other and over the wing and repeat step 2

Step 4
keep repeating until the bottom of the bin is covered

Step 5
Fill bin with the fragile contents.

Like, I said, I know this is a little silly, but hey it works.

Poise uses an ultra thin pad to help with light bladder leakage. It really is like you aren’t wearing anything at all, but still getting amazing protection. So don’t throw out the other products #RecycleYourPeriodPad!
