  5. Personally I don't care for icing, I do like a slight glaze though. These spatula's are very nice for baking pies as well. My favorite cake in the whole world is a Cold Oven Cake, just like a pound cake but baked in a pre-heated, turned off oven. Passed down through generations it always served at our relative's house's. It's so good, and I haven't made one in awhile. Thanks for the yummy reminder and the chance to win!
