Any of our regular readers on Top Notch Material, know how much we love essential oils. I was sent a variety pack of three oils from NOW including: peppermint, eucalyptus and a jasmine fragrance oil. Peppermint is one oil I literally use on a daily basis. I use it to stay focused and alert, to help with nausea, in my diffuser and with vinegar to clean! My hubby also loves to give me a foot massage with peppermint oil since it leaves my feet feeling tingly and fresh. Eucalyptus happens to be one of my favorite smelling oils, and I often add it to Epsom salt to have a wonderful smelling bath. Of course, it is also super amazing when you have a cold or stuffy nose! It really helps to open up the nasal passages. I also got Jasmine fragrance oil. This is not an essential oil because true Jasmine essential oils cost a ton to make, so that means it sells for a hefty price tag. Since this oil is a fragrance oil, I do not really use it for its health based uses and use it more in my diffuser to make the house smell amazing or add a few drops to my bath at night to enjoy the scent!

Overall, I really like the quality of NOW oils. They smell really nice, and work therapeutically for me. Best yet, they are affordable, which is important for a family on a budget who uses as many oils as I do!

Thanks so very much for the Fantastic Review on NOW Essential Oils! I have been hearing so much about essential oils and what they can help you with. I have one, which is Lavender Oil. I still have not used it yet! I think I would love the Peppermint and the Eucalyptus Oils! There are so many of them out on the market these days! So many people use these oils every single day and some they even bake with! I really do nee to read up on my essential oils!
