ReplyDeleteI've been wanting a dehydrator to dry my own fruit, especially bananas and apples, and to try my hand at making fruit leathers. I'd also like to dry herbs.
ReplyDeleteTheir 6 Qt. S/Steel Roaster with Porcelain Cookwell looks awesome! I love that they have a ton of roasters to choose from so you can choose your finish, material of cooking vessel and size. Plus, they're known for how great their roasters are!
ReplyDeleteOur family loves dried fruit. We put dried apples, pineapple, coconut, berries and bananas in granolas and trail mixes. I'd love to be able to make our own! I'd also love to try making fruit leather. I think it would be fun to teach our daughter about the process, too!
