If you are looking for snack/appetizer ideas for an upcoming party, or well just because, then I have a perfect one for you. My daughters love pita bread and when I had them taste New York Style Pita Chips they loved them even more! You can eat these chips on their own or make them even better with some great recipes!!!
If goat cheese is on the menu then I am in. My girls and I LOVE goat cheese. One of the recipes New York Style has is for Blue Cheese Roast Beef on their Bagel Crisps. This looks like a little piece of heaven. Only a few ingredients and a few minutes of prep time.
INGREDIENTS:
thinly sliced or crumbled blue cheese
thinly sliced roast beef
sliced radish
watercress
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place blue cheese on Bagel Crisp.
2. Top with roast beef, radish and watercress.

One of the other recipes that caught my eye is another Blue Cheese one (I told you, we love the stuff). This time it’s for Buffalo Chicken and Blue Cheese Dip. Prep time is a little longer than the other one but only by like 5 minutes, so yea, in 10 minutes you have a great dip that i’m pretty sure everyone will love.
INGREDIENTS:
10 oz. cooked chicken or canned chunk chicken
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup blue cheese salad dressing
1 cup buffalo sauce
optional celery sticks
DIRECTIONS:
This tangy dip has the flavors of buffalo chicken wings and creamy blue cheese. Great for parties and paired with New York Style Bagel Crisps it’s hearty enough to be a meal.
Combine 10oz. of cooked chicken, an 8oz. package of cream cheese, 1 cup of blue cheese salad dressing and 1 cup of buffalo sauce.
It’s great cold, or microwave it for a melty treat. You can use canned chunk chicken, or even leftover chicken breasts or rotisserie chicken. Garnish with celery sticks.
There are a ton more recipes on their site. I recommend that you go check them out. Of course check out all the different flavors of New York Style Pita Chips and Bagel Bites that they have. So many great tones to choose from. I’m sure they will be a hit at your next party.
I also love blue cheese! I have to try this appetizer for my New Years party for friends this year. I think it would be a hit.
