Ever since we moved from Wisconsin to Arizona, my two cats Vin Diesel and Alexander Todd have been getting out of the house more and more. They pretty much sneak out when we let House the dog out. Since then we have been having an issue with both their ears. Luckily Petsmart carries Bayer® ExpertCareTM makes a Cat Ear Rinse (Thank goodness).

Yes, you did read my cat’s names right. We like funny names in my family so naming them after actors, characters and well a 6 year old imagination, that’s what we came up with.

Using the Cat Ear Rinse is really easy. Well when you have animals that like their ears messed with. When using the ear rinse, one thing to remember is to be gentle and do NOT use a Q-tip. That could cause more damage than it could help you fur baby.  If the cat has issues for a prolonged time period please go and see their vet. All you really need to do is apply the Ear Rinse to the ear canal. Use enough that it covers the whole area. This is a time where you want to be generous. Them gently massage the ear to help break up the wax and crust in the ear. After that, you can use a cotton ball to absorb the extra rinse. You can use once or twice a week.

Like I said above, I’m so grateful for Bayer® ExpertCareTM, it has helped us so much. Since we started using this on both boys, they have showed a lot of improvement. Bayer® ExpertCareTM for cats is split up in a couple different isles in the store but all close to each other. With so many products, you really can find what you need in all areas. If you aren’t sure what exactly you are looking for just ask a staff member. They are always more than happy to help. I’m so thankful for Petsmart for this.

  1. I wish we had a PetSmart close. I have only had my kitten for about six months and this is my first one. I always have questions! The Cat Ear Rinse sounds like what we need right now!
