I am trying to lose weight so my goal is to eat healthier. I am not making losing weight my goal because I don't want to stress out about trying to lose weight.

ReplyDeleteMy goal for 2016 is to continue to eat healthy and maintain my weight. Over the past year I have lost 135 pounds. So my new journey is to maintain and eat healthy food. To exercise more and walk over my 10,000 steps a day.

I hope to lose the 20 lbs that I gained. I could accomplish this by starting up running again. I used to run 6-12 miles straight, 5 days a week.

DeleteWell I have a couple of goals, 1 to quit smoking and 2 to live a healthier lifestyle so we can be a better example for our kids & others! I need to lose about 15/20 pounds & I want to eliminate all the unhealthy snacking we do!

I'd like to learn better portion control because I tend to eat a lot at night. Otherwise, I'd like to maintain my current workout routine and learn to manage personal stress by taking time to unwind every day.

ReplyDeleteI got a fitbit watch for Christmas so I am committing myself to walk 10,000 steps every day. I am going to hike hills around my area. Also stop eating red meat and pork for a while. I am taking liquid B12 for energy and it is helping me.
