Brooks Ghost 8 Running Shoes Perfect for Father's Day

My husband works in the medical field so he is walking a lot at the hospital. When I say a lot I mean he averages about 10 miles a day, just at work alone. Good quality shoes are very important. Brooks Running shoes are one of his favorite because of the quality.

He was in desperate need of a new pair as he was coming home each night with very sore feet. When he put on the Ghost 8 and stood up, he was in Heaven. He was doing the happy dance. Like the one we do when we cook something that tastes amazing.

He loves these shoes so much that he decided that he would run his very first 10km in them. To say I was a little surprised is an understatement. I mean, he goes to the gym and lifts and works out a few times a week but to do a 10k without training, and at age 42. I fully expected him to be sore afterwards, especially his feet. After he finished and came home he said yes he was sore, but not as sore as he thought he would be. His feet actually felt ok. He said the Ghost 8 had such good cushion and support that he will be wearing them at the next race he does.
