Buddig Turkey Open Face Sandwich- A Comfort Food for Me!

So this is my post number two of three of my series with Buddig Premium Deli lunch meat. As I told you last month, Buddig is one of our favorite snacks to have. When you roll it up with cheese, it makes a low calorie, high protein, low carb snack which is the kind we love. Now I will tell you about one of my FAVORITE quick and easy meals using the Buddig Premium Deli meat. This is not a low carb option, but if perfect on those days you are not feeling yourself and need a nice, comfy meal. Not only is it EASY, quick, and affordable- MY FAMILY loves it! I can literally throw it together in five minutes so it is perfect when we have been out all day and need something quick before showers and bed.

Buddig Turkey Open Face Sandwich
This one is so simple. You can make it a bit more labor intensive if you make your potatoes homemade, and even your gravy homemade, but when we are running late and need a quick dinner I make this super simple and use canned and instant everything.

What you need: instant mashed potatoes, Buddig Premium Deli Turkey Lunch Meat, canned gravy (I personally prefer the chicken because the turkey has a stronger taste to me), sandwich bread

I make the potatoes on stove top, warm the Buddig lunch meat up about 20 seconds in the microwave, and warm the gravy on stove top. Then you layer the bread, lunch meat, potatoes and gravy and ENJOY!! This is so yummy, and a BIG time comfort food of mine.

Of course you could change this up if it is not your taste, and you could add different flavors of Buddig meat and different gravies.

Please be sure to watch my short video of my all time favorite use of Buddig meat, and show some love!!
