I like to go hiking by the lake. Lots of nice trails there.

ReplyDeleteThe Appalachian Trail catch in Franklin NC..and Highland NC then through the Blue Ridge Mountains...so lucky to go at least once a year!

ReplyDeleteMy parents house is my favorite place to hike. They have lots of land and plenty of great places to go and things to see.

ReplyDeleteLocal conservation areas make great hiking spots, but my short-legged, tick-prone, furry companion prefers to stay home.
ReplyDeleteThere is a preserve about ten miles from my house that we like to hike at. We don't go in the summer though, it's way too hot.
