Back to School Breakfast Hacks with PEBBLES™

This post was sponsored, but all opinions are my own

If you know our family, you know how laid back we are when it comes to meals. As long as it’s food I let my kids eat it anytime of day (candy excluded). Cereal is one of those foods that we can eat for breakfast, lunch or even dinner.

Of course, I try to buy the healthy cereal, but I know that we need a good treat now and again. Even I don’t want to eat granola every day. Post has some great options for the entire family.

So what happens when you can’t decide between the Fruity PEBBLES and the Cocoa PEBBLES™ ? You have both of course! We only live once, so why not!
Breakfast hack for young children!
I used to cringe when my kids wanted to pour their own cereal. This meant a huge mess and a lot to throw away especially if it hit the floor. I got smart and now do the following:
  • Take a few sandwich ziplock bags
  • Fill or put however much cereal you want for the child in it.
  • Stack them in a container and put on the shelf where the child can reach
  • When your kid is hungry, they can take for a snack on the go or pour into the bowl themselves!

Have fun, do what works for you and enjoy your cereal! Now go and get a coupon that will save you $1 on 2 boxes of PEBBLES

  3. My kids especially like Cocoa Pebbles. I like the idea of having pre-measured baggies full for snacks. Helps keep them in line when it comes to quantity....and mess making too!

  6. Great idea, when my grandkids pour from the box they get cereal all over the counter. This makes things so much easier.

  9. What a great idea to portion it out ahead of time. Less stress for the parent that way!
