I love the simpler things in life. As much as my children love their electronics, I try to hold on to the innocence of childhood for as long as I possibly can by giving them toys that stimulate their minds in ways other than electronics. Manhattan Toys does just this for my kids, and they especially did when they sent us the Storybook Castle. This castle combines the gliders that all children love in their doctors office waiting room, with the fun make-believe world of princesses and castles. The people flip so you can make different, sometimes odd looking people and you can move the crocodile around the area. 

My kids have literally spent hours on this toy. I have it set up in the room that I have started my LuLaRoe business in. I spend hours back there, so my three year old and one year old is back there iwth my quite a bit. This toy is the perfect toy for back there. There are not tons of small pieces to junk up the room, but is substantial enough to entertain them. It is also perfect for their fine motor skills, which is something that my daughter insists on mastering. She is constantly taking lids on and off over and over because she really wants to learn how. This toy helps her with that, and allows her to have fun without even knowing that she is practicing and strengthening those skills. 

Not only is this a quality all wooden piece of furniture really, it is also completely safe for your little ones 12 months and older. It meets or exceeds all regulations and the paint used on it is a non-toxic water based paint.  This is definitely an investment toy that I feel good about giving to my kids, and know I will be passing it on to friends in a few years, because toys like this are around forever.
