Nutri Ninja Nutri Bowl DUO

It’s no secret I love smoothies and pretty much anything you can make with a blender. I also love Ninja products. So when I found out they had a few new products, I needed to check them out. The one I had my eye on is their new Nutri Ninja Nutri Bowl DUO with Auto- IQ Boost. It’s a mouthful to say, but like all their other products in the past, it doesn’t disappoint.
The Auto-IQ technology isn’t new to Ninja, I have the bigger blender that has it, and I love it. You don’t have to guess how long, or what speed. Everything you need is right there at your fingertips.

What you get:

  • (1) 1200-Watt Motor Base with Auto-iQ Boost
  • 4-cup Nutri Bowl
  • Precision Prep Blade Assembly
  • Dough Blade Assembly
  • (2) 24 oz. Tritan Nutri Ninja® Cups (2) Spout Lids
  • (1) Pro Extractor Blades® Assembly
  • 75-Recipe Book
  • 1-Year Limited Warranty
  • Priority Processing

What Ninja did, was combine two different systems into one. You still have their iconic “cup” type system, but you also get a 4 cup bowl. This allows you to process larger items and more than you would have been able to do with the cup. To me it acts more like a food processor, but way more and does more.

I love that you can make just about anything you want with this system. I’m big on protein so when I saw an awesome recipe for granola bars, It peaked my attention. Ninja not only provides you with a very extensive recipe book, they also have recipes for you on their site. I love this as I’m always looking for new things to try.
This recipe for granola bars only takes 15 minutes and then 30 minutes to chill before you can start eating.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup honey
1 cup granola
1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
1/2 cup shelled pistachios
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Choose one:
1/4 cup dried cranberries for a more tart taste
OR
1/4 cup dried cherries for a sweeter flavor

Instructions

Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with plastic wrap; set aside.

Place all ingredients into the Nutri Bowl in the order listed.
Select Auto-iQ BOOST NO FUSION MIX.
Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
Cover mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut in 1 1/2-inch squares before serving.
The entire system is very easy to use, wash, and store if you are tight on cupboard space. The price point is about $140, but you are getting two systems in one, and in my opinion very much worth the price. This makes for a great gift for any time of year, and especially now since it’s Christmas time.
