Copper Chef Pan

You have probably seen the infomercials talking about the Copper Chef Pan and how awesome it is. I know I have. I have to admit, I love a good infomercial, but I’m usually asking myself, “does it really work that well?” Let’s be real, they make it seem like it’s a fix for that problem and the best. I have probably cooked in both pans about a dozen times or more since getting them and have yet to have a problem. The first thing I made was Loaded Nachos. It was so nice having a deep pan with a handle on it. Not only that, but nothing stuck to the bottom of the pan. Serving was so easy this way, since I only had to cut and lift out. No scraping involved!

Not only can you bake in the pans, but of course you can cook on the stovetop. One pot meals are seamless as the deep square pan can hold everything you need.

Besides the ease of cleaning The Copper Chef pan, I also noticed that it heats up a lot faster. I’m not just talking about the surface so you can start cooking faster, but also boiling water. I really should have timed it or had things side by side to test, but I do know it was faster. When you have a hungry 4 year old, anything faster is a lifesaver.

I haven’t used the fry basket for frying food, but I did use it for pasta and it worked great for me. Much easier than having to dump it into a strainer and risk burning myself or giving myself a facial with the steam.
