  9. I try to be healthy by eating more lean meat and produce. I also take multivitamins and supplements. I love using essential oils for perfume and also for anxiety. I work out 6 to 7 days a week and drink lots of water. I recently heard how good hemp is for you and have been researching about different parts of the plant.
