Need something
to make for the holidays? Family get together, church, work, or just because
are good enough reasons to make some treats. These Slow Cooker Ghirardelli Peanut Clusters are so
easy you will be making them for years to come. I’m pretty sure my boyfriends
co workers think all I do is cook and bake all day as they get all the treats
from me.
Here’s the recipe and I’m
sure you will laugh at how easy it is.
Ingredients:
32 oz dry roasted peanuts
32 oz white almond bark
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate
chips
½ teaspoon salt
Sea salt
Sprinkles (if you want)-
change the colors up for different holidays
Instructions:
Add, Ghirardelli chocolate, almond
bark, chocolate chips and the salt.
DO NOT STIR IT, just put the
top on and cook on low for 1 hour
After 1 hour, stir
Put lid on again and cook for
another 30-45 minutes. At this point the chocolate should be melted. Stir it so
it’s all blended evenly.
Place parchment paper on cookie
sheets (I spray with cooking spray first to help the paper stick)
Scoop with a small cookie
scooper onto the paper (then add sea salt or sprinkles) and let cool
Place in airtight container
to store
Enjoy!
