There are times when my kids are glued to their screen. It can be their phones, tablets, or the TV ie shows/video games. One way I can get them away from them is by cooking/baking together, getting outside when the weather is nice or another fav, craft time. My kiddos call me extra because when it comes to crafts and in the kitchen i’m always doing something and it usually is extra. I can’t help it, I like to have fun. We recently were introduced to a new (well new to us) company called Allessimo, and they have the cutest crafts. Check below on how Fallon and Canon did with theirs.

Create + Paint

So Fallon is obsessed with Unicorns so for her I got the Unicorn Magic Create + Paint. I’ll be honest it was a little tricky for her to put together as she’s 8, so I helped her. She loved every second of it. She loved looking for the next piece and putting it on. You don’t need any glue or anything. It all fits together so none is needed which in my book is awesome.

Once you have the unicorn, or whatever animal you all put together then the fun begins… Painting time! Allessimo supplies you with a pallet of paint with a great collection of colors, along with a brush. You don’t need to add water as these aren’t watercolor paints. You also use very little at a time.

No Create + Paint kit will be alike, as your kiddo will be painting it with their imagination. That’s one of the things i really like about crafts, you can do whatever you want and it’s always unique and special.

Fallon did such a good job, and the price is fantastic (use my code to save even more!!!)I will definitely be ordering others for her as they are worth every penny.

Clay Puzzles

When I was looking at the other options Alessimo had and saw they had Clay puzzles I knew right away that it would be perfect for Canon. He loves things like this so It’s right up his alley.

I decided to get him the Deadly Dino because what kiddo doesn’t love a dinosaur? The kit was actually in my opinion easier to put together for this puzzle than the create + paint. If you wanted to you could take all the pieces out of the boards as they are numbered. You just start at the beginning and add piece by piece. It was that easy.

Once the Dino is put together you start adding the clay. I had to feel it as I really wanted to know what it felt like. At first it was more playdough like but then it got harder as you worked with it. Surprisingly though, it’s really really light. Far lighter than I ever expected.

Allessimo supplies you with 3 different colors of clay and it’s plenty to cover your creation. They also include eyes if you want to put them on. We had 3 in our little baggy, so i’m guessing if one fell off there is a spare (LOVE IT).

The clay does dry fast after you apply it, so make sure your little one does more fast after they put it where they want.

I think he did a great job, don’t you?

When fallon saw it all finished she wanted to do one too, so i’ll probably be buying one for her which means this was a hit.

Again, use my code to get a discount on your kit. You can also take a look at Allessimo’s other kits and see if there are others that you may want. Easter is just around the corner and these also make for amazing birthday gifts.
