Baked Lemon and Dill Oshen Salmon

I LOVE Salmon and other fish, as does my family. So when Oshen Salmon contacted me to try their Salmon there was no way I was saying no. We are talking FRESH here, like a week fresher than what you would get at the store. I decided to dig in, cut up some fresh dill, chives, and even a shallot, and get to cooking. Check out my recipe below.

Now for the really good part, the recipe for the Baked Lemon and Dill Salmon




 

Ingredients

2.5 pound Oshen Salmon (cut)

1 1/2 sticks butter, (softened)

1 large shallot minced

3 Tbsp chives chopped

3 Tbsp dill chopped

1 tsp lemon zest then cut lemon into wedges

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp  pepper

3 Tbsp capers (or more if you love them like I do)

 

Directions

preheat oven to 275

Cut salmon into desired sizes and place onto parchment paper and

 

In a small bowl, combine butter, shallot, chives, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper and mix well. Spread butter mixture onto salmon.

 

Bake for 20-25 mins (until internal temp is is 120F)

 

Top with capers

Serve with Lemon slices and your sides of choice like asparagus Brussel sprouts, or potatoes.
