Dan’s car really needed a good washing or as we call it in our house crusty dusty haha. Let’s face it, we live in WI, so it doesn’t get done part of the year. Seeing that Father’s Day is coming up, I figured I would send Canon out and have him give his dad's car a good scrub, I mean what better time than now to surprise him with a clean car right? To be honest I may have had to bribe him a little as he is a teen and it is a bit of hard labor.
The products we are using to clean it with are from Chemical Guys, and let me tell you, they are amazing! I’m actually giving away the All Season Arsenal Builder Kit so make sure you keep reading and enter for your chance to win.
Before***
I got Canon out in the driveway and we set it all up. I had him watch a YouTube video from Chemical Guys so it would help him a little bit as we are used to just going to the car wash and not doing it by hand. The video was amazing and so helpful. I have to say this kit is so useful! They had the novice and the pro in mind when they made it as this kit has everything you need in it.
Once my son got started he was on a roll and done in no time. I’m so proud of him and he did such a great job! I have to say the coverage was amazing. My favorite product is the wheel cleaner. Dan’s wheels were really bad and it got them looking so good I couldn’t believe it. If you only buy one stand-alone product, I say you get that, although I recommend you get the entire kit as you tackle the entire car!
My second favorite product was the TORQ foam blaster 6. It attaches to a garden hose and is, in a word, amazing. You don’t need a pressure washer and it gets everything so clean. You definitely need to check it out.
You can also see how the Streak Free Window Clean Glass Cleaner and Butter Wet Wax Warm & Deep Carnauba Shine made the windshield and body so nice and shiny. It’s like a brand new car!
To say Dan was surprised is an understatement. He was super happy too. He may be expecting Canon to wash his car more often now. Sorry, not sorry kid. I may get Fallon to help him out sometimes if she’s willing. With that said, I will probably have him do my car next. I did see the next-door neighbor peeking at him so they may be asking him to do theirs as well.
Who knows, he may make a few bucks at this. He did such a good job on his dad’s that I bet he will do great if he does and Chemical Guys would be the perfect product to use for that as well.
This is seriously such a great Father’s Day gift idea, I recommend checking it out on their site, and Amazon as I’m sure the dad in your life will love it as much as ours did.
Chemical Guys also created an amazing gift guide just for Father’s Day that is chock-full of products. There is something in it for everyone. From the Orbital Polisher Kit (it’s really cool), to the Black & Dark Color Paint Maintenance Kit and everything in-between. If the dad in your life is into detailing or even if you are. Hint hint...I can’t say it enough. You must check this gift guide out!
What other products are in the All Season Arsenal Builder Kit you may ask… well what’s NOT in it. This kit is full of some of Chemical Guys' best products and it’s valued at $223.88! One lucky winner will win this package, how awesome is that? Make sure you follow the Rafflecopter below for your chance to win.
