Yummy Gluten Free Cookies

As many of you can tell, I have been on a gluten free food kick. No, I don’t have Celiac Disease or have gluten intolerance. I do however have a very sensitive stomach ever since I had gastric bypass surgery.  I was told about Home Free by a friend of mine that does have intolerance to gluten. ALL their products are free of peanuts, tree nuts, and eggs and dairy. They are also all with all natural or organic ingredients. They have the whole grain stamp. This means that that Home Free uses real whole grain products. In their chocolate chocolate chip cookies there are at least 8g of whole grains per serving. I can’t have very much sugar but after looking at the ingredients I figured it wasn't that much and was worth a try.

I was sent the vanilla, chocolate chip and the chocolate chocolate chip cookies. My daughter loves almost everything vanilla, so I shared with her. We both really like it. She really liked the fact that they were crunchy. They came in a snack size bag which is perfect for on the go, or to throw into a lunch box.

I am a HUGE chocolate fan so I really like both the chocolate chip and the chocolate chocolate chip cookies. These cookies were so good. I shared a couple with my husband, but that was only to be nice. I really wanted them all to myself.  One of the rules of gastric bypass is no drinking while eating, which is too bad because they would have been perfect to dunk into a nice cold glass of milk (cookies may be dairy free, but I can have dairy).

If you are looking for a new gluten free snack, this is definitely one to consider. They have more than just cookies. Home Free also has coffee cakes, cocoa powder, recipe books and so much more.

  1. With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems
of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of completely unique content I've either written myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my authorization. Do you know any methods to help prevent content from being ripped off? I'd really appreciate it.
