The first time I tried them on I could already tell the difference between these ones and my regular sandals that I usually wear. I actually ended up having them on most of the day while I went out to the grocery store, came home put everything away and then while I cooked dinner. I can for sure tell you that I did feel a difference in how my lower back felt after cooking dinner while wearing these shoes versus wearing my slippers or regular shoes. I loved how much they helped me feel so good while doing what I was doing.
Something really cool about their shoes, is that they are machine washable, but please don't put them in the dryer or expose them to temps over 150 degrees.
