Sprout Cups

I try really hard to make homemade food for Fallon, though I don’t always succeed. When I do make her food, I make large batches at a time and freeze what we won’t be using right away.  I was excited to review the Sprout cups to see how they compare to just regular containers.

I got the chance to review sprout cups, and I have to say they are pretty cool. I love how they don’t take up much space, but still hold a ton of food.

Another thing that's fantastic is that the cups are BPA-free, dishwasher safe, freezer safe and microwave safe if you need to de-thaw (I just put in the fridge a day before hand). There is also a place to date the cup, so you know when you placed it in the fridge or freezer. Most of the time, I would just put a label on it instead, but the Sprout Cups have a dry erase area, which is pretty cool.

My daughter eats food at pretty much any temperature, so I have been able to throw one of the cups into the diaper bag and take with us knowing she will eat in an hour or so. It worked really well that I didn’t have to bring another container along since what was left in the cup was the perfect amount.

Fallon is almost out of the baby food stage, but I plan on keeping the cups and just using them for snacks.

I highly recommend these cups to you parents out there who make your own baby food. Fallon is just. You can find them on Amazon in 2oz and in 4oz containers.
Be sure to check them out on Facebook and Pinterest too for some cool ideas.

  1. These cups are really cool! I have a baby due in July and plan to make my own baby food for him and these would be perfect! I love that they are small and stackable, also that they have a dry erase spot!

    1. The dry erase spot is by far the best feature of these cups!
