We are a busy family. My little man is in preschool 3 hours a day M-F and then has tumbling classes on Wednesday evening. My husband works night and I am a working Mommy, too. I often struggle with preparing my little man nutritious meals that taste good to him. Many times he is happy with a cheese sandwich and it is all we have time for. However, I just discovered a new favorite for him, which I love too!
