Calamari Ink Products

I have to be honest, I had never heard of CalamariInk Products before I was asked to take a look at them.  For those who know me well, know that I have horrible hip joints. I’m actually waiting and hoping to get a replacement soon. I’m only 29, so having bad hips so young really sucks. So when I was asked to take a look, I figured why not.

I know your probably thinking that it’s pretty nasty and how can it be good for you. It is a combination of squid ink, crushed shellfish (nonallergic), green tea extract and ganoderma powder.  “Scientists around the world are studying how squid ink may have a remarkable immune ingredient.

I was given a one month supply of the Calagenesis. I take 2 a day. They don’t taste that bad at all, but I’m used to pills as I take a ton of vitamins every day. So I just added this one to the mix.  I usually take them with a glass of milk which helps with any after taste that any of my meds would take, just in case.

One fact that I found really interesting and surprised me is that Black Squid ink has more antioxidants than blueberries but with less sugar and more fiber and vitamin E.

Here is a list of the benefits of Calagenesis with Squid Ink:

  • Maintains a healthy immune system*
  • Maintains healthy cell growth*
  • Maintains breast & colon health*
  • Maintains bones, joints & muscle health*
  • Maintains memory and concentration*
  • Maintains healthy cholesterol & blood pressure levels*
  • Maintains energy level*
  • Maintains cardiovascular health*
  • Maintains healthy skin and hair*
  • Maintains a healthy anti-inflammatory response*

“Important minerals in squid are Natrium, Potassium, phosphorus,Calcium, Magnesium, & Selenium, besides rich protein. Squid is also a good source of vitamins B1, B2, B12, Tiamin, Riboflavin, Niasin, Folic acid and fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E,& K) all these vitamins are necessary for maintaining, boosting, & promoting a healthy immune system.

Overall I can’t say that the pills took away all my pain, but I also can’t say that it didn’t help at all. I am also using other things to help with my pain, so combined they probably helped each other.
I would always talk to your doctor before starting anything, but if you think that these may help you definitely as and give them a try if your health advisor thinks it will benefit you as well. Not only can it help you with inflammation but also when over all health to fight off colds and the flue
