I love Ozeri products, and if you are a regular
reader you already know how good they are. I like to weigh my food from time to
time to make sure I’m getting the right portions and also for cooking when
something calls for a specific measurement. I was given the chance to try out
Ozeri’s Kitchen scale.
I was really impressed that the tiny little scale
can hold from 0.1oz up to 11 pounds. I don’t know what I would be cooking that
would call for 11 pounds but it’s nice to know that it can handle that much
weight.
The scale is very sleek and light weight. It’s small
enough that I can fit it in a drawer or leave it on the counter without taking
up a lot of space. This next part probably seems small but it only takes 2
lithium batteries and you don’t need a screwdriver to open it. I know it’s
funny, but that little thing help. Mainly so that I don’t have to tear apart
the junk drawer to find that tiny screwdriver.
They also include a nice book full of common foods and list the weight. I think that book is a great help if you need to know really quickly.
