Barnies Coffee Kitchen

Coffee, who doesn’t like it? I don’t know many who don’t. I love flavored coffee and love adding syrups in them to spice them up a little. I asked Barnie’s Coffee Kitchen if I could try some of their coffees and I was very happy when they said yes.

I was sent 2 different flavors. The first one was the Cafe Au Chocolat and I received it in the single cup form. I like single cups, because I don’t have to measure and guess how much coffee i’m putting in, I just pop it in and I’m good to go. I usually like a lot of syrup in my coffee, but with this flavor, I really only needed a dash. I really like how rich and creamy it was. I wasn’t expecting that at all. The coffee has no sugar and less than 5 calories per 6oz cup. The Cafe Au Chocolat coffee contains no nuts or nut derivatives, no fat and is gluten free!

The second flavor I received was the French Roast. For me I needed to add a lot of syrup but like I said before, that’s just me and I like a lot of sweet tastes. Once I added my other flavors, it was so good. I could still taste the french roast but with a little more. The beans come from South America so you know that they are really good quality and you can really taste it. Another really cool thing about the French Roast is that it is  Rainforest Alliance Certified.  All coffees marked with the Rainforest Alliance(TM) emblem are guaranteed to be grown using environmentally sustainable methods used throughout the farm to preserve the surrounding ecosystem.

With Barnies Coffee you can get the grounds in a bag or in a single serve cup. This is great since you can make just a cup for yourself or if you have guests over you can make a whole pot.

You can order straight from their site or if you are lucky, you can go into one of their coffee shops and try them there.
