The Potty Pail

When I cloth diapered my second little boy there was one thing I wanted so badly, but that I never broke down and bought.  I wanted a diaper sprayer so badly to help clean off my diapers before I threw them into wash.  I cannot tell you how many times I looked at them online and talked myself out of buying one.  But this time, I knew I'd most definitely need one.  When I started researching all of my options I found one of the coolest products for cloth diapering!  The Potty Pail has to be made by a genius! It has a diaper sprayer and a pail to keep all the mess contained all in one kit!

I was sent the Diaper Sprayer kit to try out. I do not have the Potty Pail yet, but I fully plan on purchasing it soon! I am so pleased with the diaper sprayer so far! I love how you can purchase this either in a whole kit or separate.  I have to brag on the ease of installing this sprayer.  When I first received it and I saw it, I was a little intimidated! I mean my experience in plumbing is very little.  Sometimes I will break down and dig out a screw driver to re-tighten the toilet seat, but that is about it! The directions included with the sprayer are very detailed out and it was very simple to install.  It even comes with a little hook that sticks to the side of your toilet to hang your sprayer on.

I was blown away by the water pressure this little sprayer packs! I was not expecting it at all.  The pressure comes from the fact that the fittings are 1/4" pass through. Meaning that there are no reductions in
water volume until the water comes to the sprayer head.  I love the pressure because I know that will just make cleaning the diapers off so much easier.

I don't know a whole lot about the actual pail since I have not tried it out personally but I wanted to give a description of it from the website.  It keeps all the mess contained and it makes it so you don't ever have to touch poop in your diaper spraying experience! And I am all for that! Inside this pail there are hooks to hang your diaper on and a stopper for those messy jobs that require a little extra soaking.  The mess also does not stick to the sides of this pail. Once your finished washing out diapers just simply spray the pail out and your job is finished! This pail fits on all toilets and can also be used for other things besides diapers.

  1. I don't know why they didn't think of this a long time ago. I have not seen this. I think they should have this in hospitals too. It would make things a lot easier for many things. Thanks for sharing. I am too old for this item but would make a great item as a gift of for future grandkids. Thanks for sharing. Rita Spratlen
