I have always loved the show Shark Tank and have been very blessed in being able to try some of the products that have been featured on the show. Recently Henry’s Humdinger Honey contacted me and asked if I would try out their unique honey. Of course I was more than happy to as who doesn’t like honey?

For me, my favorite is Diabolical Dad. It uses habanero and lime. We eat a lot of Mexican food around here so we always have habaneros and limes in the pantry/fridge. So when I saw they Henry’s Humdingers had this as an option, I just had to try it. Yes, it’s a little spicy, but not overly so that you can’t enjoy what you are eating with it. I actually enjoy having it with a toasted english muffin. Sounds a little weird, but it’s so good. Add a little peanut butter to the other half, eat like a sandwich and it helps cut the heat just a little.

Darin’s favorite is Phoebe’s Fireball aka Chipotle Chili and Cinnamon. I wouldn’t have thought to put those two together, but it works. We used it as a glaze on some chicken we baked, wow was it really good. The honey soaked into the chicken and it came out perfect. The kids didn’t like it so much, as it was to hot for them, but we liked it. Next time we make it we will just make sure to make them something else (more for us that way).
I recommend checking out Henry’s Store for all their flavors, amazing recipes and more.
