Black Pepper Essential Oil:
I put a few drops of the black pepper into the inhaler and gave it to my mom. She has been using this for a couple of weeks now, and even though she has not quit smoking she said she does notice a decrease in desire to do so and has cut back on the quantity significantly. There are many other uses for the wonderful oils:
"It has been used in formulas for musculoskeletal issues such as arthritis, rheumatism, aches, pains, and stiffness, sprains, poor muscle tone, neuralgia and sciatica, as well as for poor circulation. It has also been used for respiratory problems like bronchitis, colds, flu, and for chills, and for digestive complaints such as diarrhea, constipation, gas, poor appetite, and nausea. In addition, it has also been used for emotional stability, hangovers, low libido, exhaustion, and to decrease cravings for nicotine."I actually love the smell of this and kept half the oil for my own personal oil cabinet and have recently added it to a blend I made for this cold I am fighting! It is combination with other oils has definitely helped to stave off cold symptoms. It is definitely a great oil to add to your cabinet because there are lots of uses for it. There is a warning that it can be overstimulating to the kidney. It is suggested that it not be used topically daily, and not to be used by those with kidney ailments.
Gentle Focus:
I received a bottle of the Gentle Focus Blend as well. I use this for both myself, and when properly diluted, with my older son. There are times when I need to focus by my brain is elsewhere, and that seems to be most common when I am either sitting down to blog, or trying to concentrate on the pastor during our church service. I often have found myself sitting with this bottle beside me and rubbing it between my fingers and just inhaling the scent. It really does help me focus in on the job at hand and get down to business. It also has a very pleasant scent since it is a mix of Bergamot, Lavender (Fr.), Lemon, S.Orange and Ylang Ylang Complete which are all amazing smelling and "Sweetly" scented. It makes a nice perfume.
Metal Inhaler:
I also received the metal inhaler and it is really nice. I have used plastic inhalers in the past, and this is much nicer and very classy looking. Its perfect for your favorite essential oil because you can just throw it in your purse and go!
Samples: I asked for a couple samples of the very rare oils including rose and gardenia. These oils are very expensive, and I have never been able to afford them, but wanted to see what "all the hype" was about. I will tell you that the scent of these are AMAZING, and they are very powerful oils! I also received a sample of the get to sleep blend and it works amazingly well. I was able to drift off without my mind rushing with thoughts.
