TB Blood Testing Give More Accurate Results and Saves Time with Only One Visit Needed!

“I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for the TB Blood Test. I received a promotional item to thank me for my participation.”

What is TB or tuberculosis?
TB is a highly contagious, air born disease that is spread from person to person by sneezing, coughing or even speaking closely to others. Approximately 30% of the world's population is infected with TB.

As a health care professional, I have to get tuberculosis testes quite frequently (it is needed for every PRN job I take.) While I have never had a false positive with the standard TB test, I know many of my friends in the health care field that has, or has to get a chest X Ray every time because they know they will get a false positive because that has become a pattern in their life. For them, this is frustrating and very time consuming, and an unneeded expense when the potential employer does not cover this expense.

There is now a way that you can have a tuberculosis test that gives ACCURATE results and saves the time, money and hassle of having to get a chest X Ray to prove you are free of TB. You can now simply get a blood test which gives objective results, rather than subjective results which is up to interpretation of the reader when you have the skin test. The skin test is over 110-years-old so you know it is certainly time for a more up to date and reliable test. It is necessary to re-visit the doctor or a nurse a couple days after the administration of the test to have the result read. If you have a positive result the site of the skin test will raise and might become itchy and irritating. If you have ever had the TB vaccination, you are more likely to get a false positive, and that means more time and energy put towards this testing.

By using the TB blood test you can save all of these issues because you get the most accurate results and it requires no doctor follow up unless you truly are positive for TB. There are no false positives because you have been previously vaccinated, and it is a pretty simple procedure. You just have 3ML of blood drawn, and no follow up visits for a "reading" are required.
