Christmas is a little over a month away (what?!?), so I need to start thinking about what I’m going to make during the holiday season. One nice thing about moving across the country away from most friends and family is that we can start our own new traditions. I have made this salad a few times before, but changed it a little this time with the help of Litehouse Foods.
Ingredients:
Strawberries
baby spinach & greens
The fun part of this salad is that there is really no wrong amount of any ingredient. You can use as much or as little as you want.
Directions
- mix 3-5 tablespoons (or as much as you want) Litehouse Instantly Fresh Red Onion with the same amount of water, 1 for 1
- Add onions, cut up strawberries, greens, Blue Cheese into a salad bowl and mix well
- Dish into bowls and add dressing.
It really is that easy, no real measuring, just throw together and enjoy!!!
To make the holidays even better Litehouse is doing a few things. One is a HUGE giveaway where someone could win $1,000 for groceries and a year's supply of Litehouse Food dressing. The other is giving us (Top Notch Material) the opportunity to give one lucky winner a Litehouse Food Prize pack of Litehouse Foods Cheese,1 Litehouse Foods Dressing, and 1 Litehouse Foods Dried Herbs. check back for the link to enter!!!
