I was
thinking of a Mother’s Day idea for my mom and I couldn’t think of anything as
she has so much, but she like most Grandmas she loves photos. She’s old school
and prefers to look at a picture book in hand rather than a digital picture on
a screen. That’s when I got the idea to scan some pictures that I had laying
around and make a book. I recently moved and didn’t want to drag my big printer
out. That’s where the Epson Perfection V39 Scanner came in handy, as it’s
portable.
I love how light it is, I actually thought it would be a
little heavier than it is. The other huge feature is that is powered by a USB
cord. You don’t need an outlet. This makes it so portable and one less thing
you have to worry about plugging in.
To begin using it, you need to install the driver either
by using the CD that comes with or download from their site, which only takes a
few mins. After that, just open and place your photo or paper and scan away. It’s
super easy and takes seconds.
Like I said earlier, I first used it to scan photos for
the photo book that I’m giving my mom for mother’s day from my kids. It’s also
perfect for any school projects that the kids bring home that you want to keep
but at the same time want to throw the paper away (I really should have through
of this at the beginning of the school year).

For a product under a $80, this is a perfect gift for
Mother’s Day, or for yourself. I know If my kids gave this to me I’d love it as
it has a practical use and it’s awesome. The feature that I can scan right to
Facebook and Google Drive is awesome. I mean, I’m already scanning something
already, so might as well upload it to another form right away as I probably
would anyway.

This certainly looks like an easy and convenient way to scan photos. This is one electronic gadget that I would give a try since it does seem to overwhelming to set up and use.
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful scanner. I just used a scanner at our library, it looks like this one. It would be so nice to have one!
