Grilled S'mores Nachos from Voortman

I can’t believe Memorial Day is right around the corner. My kids are happy, especially my youngest as that means school is out. My oldest still has a little bit after but not long. Summer is almost here! With Memorial Day weekend comes camping and grilling that’s where I come in with a great recipe idea. I have a little help from Voortman and their S’mores cookies. With only a few ingredients and a grill you can make S’mores nachos, and they are delish!

Ingredients:

Directions:

In a square tin break up the cookies to create a nice bottom layer
Add layer of mini marshmallows
Add layer of broken chocolate pieces or mini chocolate chips
Optional of adding a few more broken pieces of cookie
Add a few large marshmallows
Cover with foil and grill for about 7-10 mins until marshmallows are nice and toasted and everything is melted.
when done drizzle chocolate sauce over the top (optional)

Since it’s really hot we ate with a spoon as its really bubbly and gooey. They kids LOVED it.

The thing I love is that these cookies are made with real ingredients like real chocolate. No artificial colors, and no high-fructose corn syrup. They take immense pride in what they do.

You can find the Voortman S'mores Cookies and Wafers at your local stores like Target and Walmart.
