Peanut Butter Candy Topped Apple Slices

When my youngest daughter Fallon was 2 years old she woke up and said “it’s Apple Party Day” I went, “umm what is that?”, but she kept saying it. So, I did what any parent would do. I turned it into a party day with everything apples, and we invited friends. This turned into an annual thing. She’s now 7 and we just had just had our 5th Apple Party Day. It keeps getting better and better. We go all out on food and decorations. This is a fun recipe that I wish I had thought of a week ago, as we so would have done it. Well, there is always next year. In any case, this is a fun snack that the kids will LOVE. Peanut Butter Candy Topped Apple Slices are fast easy and delish!!

Ingredients:

·      Apples
·      Peanut Butter
·      Reese’s Pieces

Directions:

2.    Take a knife and spread peanut butter onto each apple slice.

4.    Serve & enjoy!

  4. Now that is one neat way to enjoy apple slices. I've never even thought to try anything to get the kids to eat more apples but this is going to help. I'm going to see how many toppings I can create.
