Okay Everyone, do a happy dance with me! WE ARE PACI FREE!!
My booger finally decided to give up that paci on his own! He is almost three, which is WAYYYY longer than I ever thought he would have a paci..but it was his attachment.....UNTIL three days ago!
He woke me up, told me he was ready to give it up and get his train table. This has been the bribe for months now....when he gave up the paci, he got a train table and tracks.
Night One: "Mommy I really miss my paci!"
Night Two: "Mommy I really love my train table"
Night Three: No mention of the paci!
WOOHOOO!
Yeah for your Lil' (or is it Big) Man!!
