Natures Own Essence Lavender Essential Oil

Over the course of the last couple months, I have been learning a lot about Essential Oils and how I can use them to help myself, my family and everyone else. This last period i decided that I would just try putting lavender on my skin to see if it helps. When i first put it on it didn’t seem to do anything. A couple hours later I put a little more. I did this all day long. While I can’t say it took all my cramps away (if it did i would be screaming from the mountain top) but it did help a little. Any pain relief is helpful. I just really wish this would help my hip pain. I have heard some people get joint relief from lavender, but for me it doesn't help.
