Sleep better with DreamPad

My daughter has been feeling left out in the awesome pillow department. So recently I fixed that and gave her the Dreampad. It’s a pillow that is not only comfortable, but it also helps you listen to soothing music.

Mya is 12 and prefers to listen to music when she falls asleep. Usually it’s non soothing music like Ariana Grande, One Direction, Andy Grammer etc. I really wanted her to start listening to something more calm, that is better for sleep.

“The Dreampad combines iLs' psychoacoustic expertise, bone conducting technology with Intrasound Technology , that is based on the natural conductivity of the human body. Our bones are natural conductors; in fact, every time you speak the vibration caused by your voice is carried by bone to your inner ear. In the same way, music from the Dreampad travels internally to your ear and brings about a relaxation response from the body which has been aptly described as a "massage to the nervous system." More than 80% of the participants in a recent study showed a significant relaxation response within 15 minutes of using the Dreampad pillow.”

Before you start using the pillow, go and download the app The DreamPad and you are set to go. It has songs already on the app, and you can set an alarm as well. If you don’t want your phone to actually be connected to the pillow you don’t have to. You can buy their Bluetooth receiver and connect that.

I had her sleep on if for a few nights before telling me how she liked it. She loves it and loves the vibration. She said it really does help her fall to sleep better than listening to One Direction or the new Empire soundtrack.

DreamPad has different sizes and thickness that are perfect for every bed and everyone. I recommend that you go and check this pillow out as it would be perfect for Christmas!

  4. I think I need to look into it for my husband, step kids and our 8 year old daughter. All kids seem to like that stuff at night not sure how they fall a sleep to it but Bella will not sleep unless she has music trust me we have tried everything so far. I am loving the idea of the dreampad. I'm heading over to check them out.

  6. This really does sound like something we need in our house. I'm thinking the sleep issues are due to bad pillows.
