I know how much kids love their video games. We have a PlayStation
4 and I hear about what game is best all the time in my house. One game I
wanted to share is Citadel: Forged with Fire. This is a game that is full of
spells and mystical creatures, caves, ancient ruins, and full of uncharted
territories for you to conquer. If you are up to it, then you need to check
this out more.
When starting the game, the first thing you need to do is
familiarize yourself with everything. This includes the menu and all the
contents. This will help you a lot. You can just jump right in if you want but
taking some time to look around helps more than you think.
Spells are something you will want to get down right
away. Crafting a spell is a huge aspect of Citadel. Most spells require mana to cast, but blood
magic that uses a dark essence to craft will require health to cast, so be
careful! As the player levels up, they will receive the opportunity to give
their character more health, mana, damage, or carry weight.
Do you want to ride an animal? Well you just have to tame
it first, interact with it, give it a saddle and mount it. Any creature can be
tamed so that’s the really fun part of Citadel. Another cool feature is that the
character who names the tame owns it. They also have healing powers. Remember
each character has a limit of 4 tamed pets. So choose wisely.
There are even more parts of the game I could go on and
one, but you have to play to understand. Once you do, you will love it.
Citadel really added to Forged With Fire and bumped it up
this time. They added more weapons, new creatures like Infernal Dragon, Skeleton Warriors,
Wild Boars, Forest Guardians, Phoenix, Giant Golem, Divine Unicorn, Birds. They
also added more of the following features:
- The addition of Structure material swapping expands building options.
- The Expanded House and Party system allows for specific permissions, ranks, and abilities for house and party members.
- Cooking system with several recipes to provide deeper nature and NPC-based interactions and player buffs.
- Enhanced audio and visual effects for aquatic and volcanic environments.
- Added complete controller support and keybindings.
- Added French,German, Spanish, Italian, Russian language options.
- Continuous balancing and testing of all gameplay systems. drastically improved server
- loading times.
You can get Citadel: Forged with Fire on
stream, Xbox One or Playstation 4 for about $39.99 right now, which is a great
price. Christmas is right now, so this makes for a great present idea. Check It
out at your local store that sells video games. If you have played Citadel
before, tell me what you think.

ReplyDeleteMy son enjoys video games but he typically plays the sports types (basketball, soccer, etc). I will ask him about this one though.
