Take a Joy Break with joyböl

I’m a busy mom as I’m sure you are as well, but I still love to take a Joy break with my kiddos. One of those Joy breaks came when Fallon and I were running a full day of errands and we decided to stop at the park. I pretty much never leave home without some sort of snack bag (my kids would have my head if I forgot). One of the snacks inside that bag is a granola smoothie bowl from joyböl. Are you ready for a surprisingly delicious and easy breakfast, or anytime snack? Try Kellogg’s joyböl.

Who isn’t right? Check out our little joy break below and see how we had fun with joyböl.

Imagine having the kids in the car and running errand after errand around town. Sounds like reality, right? They need a break to stretch their legs, this is a perfect time for a joy break.

What do you need for a joy break?

Simple.. A few joyböls,

a spoon

cold water or milk

a blanket for the ground if you want to feel fancy (that’s what we do).

Then just tear top off, add some water or milk to the fill line (it says where don’t worry), stir and enjoy. It really doesn’t get much easier than that.

I love how these are the true on the go snack that you can enjoy anytime, anywhere like we do at the park or even in the car sometimes. You don’t need any special equipment other than some water and a spoon. No blender, no fridge. It’s a no mess, no fuss and surprisingly delicious and really does taste just like smoothie bowl you know and love.

Joyböl flavors

Strawberry Almond with Quinoa

Talk about creamy and crunchy! This granola smoothie bowl is so good! Fallon saw me eating this while she was playing at on the playground and came running over to have most of it. Needless to say, I had to find another bowl.

This bowl is jammed packed with strawberries, whole grain oats, crunchy almonds, quinoa and more. And packs 11g of protein. Double digits people! That’s huge for on the go

Superberries with Chia

This bowl is sooo good as it has berries, and Fallon LOVES herself some berries, especially some blackberries. I think she’s the only one in the house that does actually.  You can kick off the day blackberries, cranberries, and chia seeds. It also has double digits for protein, 10 g to be exact.

Chocolate Hazelnut with Chia

This bowl turned out to be Fallon’s favorite, I think only due to the chocolate in it. It’s also packed with whole grain oats, hazelnuts, semisweet chocolate, and the chia seeds. We cook a lot with chia, so Fallon is already used to it. It really is surprisingly good!

You can buy all three flavors on Amazon right now and thanks to Prime it can come even faster. I don’t know about you, but I spend a lot of time on Amazon and love having things shipped right to my door.

Could you use a little Joy break? Take a look at the flavors, which would be your favorite?

  10. I was wondering how you could have a smoothie bowl on the go -until you mentioned it works to mix in water. Awesome! It's hard to find easily portable snacks with that much protein. Can't wait to try it!
