give your sport lover a bag from The Northwest this School Season

Back to school shopping can be difficult and expensive, especially with the I wants of kids vrs the I needs. The smaller items aren’t bad but other’s get pricy like shoes, computers of course and backpacks. That’s where The Northwest Company comes into play with great bags at affordable pricing.

Mya is a sports kid. Even though she grew up in Wisconsin, she loves the LA Lakers. So when I saw The Northwest Company had duffle bags and other bags with the Lakers logo, I knew it would be perfect for her.

Give the gift of Sports from CoachUp

My oldest daughter is 13, and can be VERY hard to shop for. It doesn’t help that most of the time she just says, “I don’t know”, like a normal teenager. So, when CoachUp contacted me to work with them, I thought this was a perfect Christmas gift.

In a nutshell, CoachUp is a service/site that connects athletes (your children) with private coaches that will work with them one on one.

Celebrating Every Gold Metal Baby with Tommee Tippee's All-American Style!

This is my princess! I waited so long to have her....and after two boys and a miscarriage Miss Wiggles arrived. She is not anything like I expected...first she looks identical to her daddy, while the other two were good mixes of us both, and she is soooo full of energy. She tosses the baby dolls aside, and is non-stop rough-housing and jumping for joy...and that is why we call her Miss Wiggles! If this baby does not grow up to be a gymnast or dancer, she has missed her calling, because you have never met one who loves to dance and bounce as much as she does. She brings our family so much joy, and laughter....but her energy surely wipes this ole mama out!!

Raising an Athlete with Just a Kid and Powerade

I played sports from when I was in 3rd grade, until my junior year of high school. I love my that oldest daughter followed in my footsteps and is playing basketball. We always keep a drink in the house like Powerade. It’s perfect for on the go, when we aren’t feeling well and of course when we are playing sports.

The Northwest- The place to go for sports gifts

My family and I recently moved from Wisconsin to Arizona. Being from WI, we are of course HUGE Packer fans. We have meet many people here who are also Packer fans, surprisingly more Packers than even Cardinals. Anyway, I wanted to get a friend something that represents our team. The Northwest has become my place to go for sports products.

Joe Journeyman Volume 1

It isn't often that you can get brothers to sit together quietly and read a book. Especially brothers who are four years apart! But that is exactly what happened when I gave my boys Joe Journeyman Volume 1 to look at and read.

Joe Journeyman Volume 1 is an NFL-licensed search adventure series which tells the story of Joe Journeyman, the only player to play for all 32 NFL teams. My oldest was very impressed as I told him the story of Joe Journeyman.

TeamSnap, making sports more organized

Being a parent of a very busy 12 year old makes having a schedule a must have. I recently had a chance to look at a great site and app called TeamSnap. It makes organizing sports so much easier.
